CAPTOSEC, Inc. est actuellement à la recherche d’un ou d’une technicien(ne) en informatique pour renforcer son équipe technique et opérationnelle. La personne retenue aura un rôle clé dans l’installation, la configuration, la gestion et le soutien des infrastructures TI internes ainsi que celles de nos clients. Le poste est basé à Québec et peut être exercé en mode hybride (télétravail et présentiel).
Principales responsabilités :
- Provide level 2 technical support to internal users for the resolution of incidents and requests (hardware, software, office automation, network).
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain workstations, servers, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) and audiovisual equipment.
- Participate in the management and configuration of local networks (LAN, VLAN) and remote connections (VPN), ensuring their availability and performance.
- Perform software updates, security patches and antivirus management to protect systems against threats.
- Monitor and analyze IT security incidents, and assist in their resolution in collaboration with the IT Manager and the Information Security Manager.
- Manage computer hardware inventory and coordinate with external vendors for purchases or repairs.
- Document technical procedures, configurations and interventions carried out, and participate in updating internal guides and processes.
- Contribute to the implementation of new technological projects (systems, infrastructures, applications), carry out tests and validate configurations before their deployment.
- Suggest avenues for improvement to optimize IT services and participate in CAPTOSEC's continuous improvement initiatives.
Exigences spécifiques
Le candidat doit :
- Hold a vocational studies diploma (DEP) or college diploma (DEC) in computer science, or a bachelor's degree in computer science (an asset);
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in technical support or as an IT technician;
- Have good knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN);
- Master Windows environments (workstation and server) as well as basic knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian);
- Have practical experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting workstations, peripherals and audiovisual equipment;
- Demonstrate ease in the use and support of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive);
- Be able to effectively diagnose and resolve technical problems (hardware, software and network);
- Know basic best practices in cybersecurity (access management, antivirus, updates, backups);
- Have good communication skills in French and English, both orally and in writing;
- Be rigorous, autonomous, service-oriented and have a good team spirit.
